Welcome to LinkedX, an asynchronous online course provided by Szuchan Ventures LLC. LinkedX is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with LinkedIn, its subsidiaries, or its owners. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Szuchan Ventures LLC upon your enrollment in the LinkedX course (collectively referred to as the "Service").
Definitions
User/Participant/You/Your: Refers to the individual or entity enrolled in the LinkedX course.
Content: Represents any data, information, text, graphics, or materials uploaded, shared, or appearing within the LinkedX course.
Eligibility
To participate in the LinkedX course, individuals must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, provided that this age is not below 18. By enrolling in the course, you affirm that you meet this requirement.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the personal data you provide and to processing your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy outlines our data collection, processing, and storage practices.
User Content and Permissions
When you share or post Content in the LinkedX course, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, with the right to sub-license, to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display that Content in any media formats for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving our Service. You confirm that you have all the rights and permissions to grant this license and that the Content you provide does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
Third-Party Services
LinkedX may utilize third-party tools and services, such as Circle and Stripe. By enrolling in our course, you also agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these third-party services. It is your responsibility to ensure you are not in violation of their respective terms while participating in LinkedX.
Refund Policy
Guarantee: We guarantee that you'll love LinkedX, or we'll give you 100% of your money back.
Refund Initiation: All refunds must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please get in touch with us at help@linkedx.co. After receiving your request, we will respond with a brief form to process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from your request to process your refund. Refunds may take several days to appear on your statement. We will notify you when your refund has been processed via email.
Refund Denial: We maintain the right to deny a refund request if we, in an unlikely scenario, detect that your request is part of a systemic or organized effort to exploit our refund policy for nefarious purposes (such as pirating). The interpretation of what constitutes such an effort is at our sole discretion.
Course Conduct
Participants must remain respectful and professional in all interactions related to the course. Respectful and lawful interaction is paramount. Violations of these principles may result in removal from the course and ineligibility for refunds.
Limitations & Liability
The LinkedX course is offered "as-is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Szuchan Ventures LLC, its associates, or its employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages linked to or arising from participation in the course.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, parties will first seek an amicable solution. If unresolved, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration in North Carolina, under the American Arbitration Association's guidelines. Arbitration results can be confirmed in any competent court.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our course for participants who violate these Terms or any associated policies.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms adhere to the laws of North Carolina, USA, and will be interpreted accordingly. Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the jurisdiction of North Carolina courts.
Modifications to Terms
Szuchan Ventures LLC may modify these Terms periodically. Continued participation in the course after any changes indicates your agreement to the updated Terms.
